By accessing, registering for, or using the Sky Exchange platform or any Sky Exchange ID, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the Sky Exchange platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Sky Exchange.

The following definitions apply throughout these Sky Exchange Terms and Conditions. Understanding these terms is essential to properly interpreting your rights and obligations as a Sky Exchange user.

Acceptance of Terms
By performing any of the following actions, you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Sky Exchange Terms and Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy:

Eligibility & Registration
To register for a Sky Exchange ID and use the Sky Exchange platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:
- Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. Sky Exchange strictly prohibits use of its platform by anyone under the age of 18. Age verification may be required at any time.
- Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
- One account per person: Each individual is permitted only one Sky Exchange ID and one account. Multiple accounts per individual are strictly prohibited.
- Accurate information: All information provided during registration must be true, accurate, current, and complete. You agree to update your information promptly if it changes.
- Not self-excluded: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion or cooling-off period on Sky Exchange or any associated platform.
- Jurisdiction: You must not be a resident of, or accessing from, a jurisdiction where online betting is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online betting in your jurisdiction.
Sky Exchange operates a zero-tolerance policy on underage gambling. Any account found to be operated by a person under 18 years of age will be immediately suspended, all funds will be forfeited, and the matter will be reported to the relevant authorities.
Sky Exchange ID & Account Management
Your Sky Exchange ID is your unique personal account on the Sky Exchange platform. You are solely responsible for the security and proper use of your account and Sky Exchange ID.
4.1 Account Security
- You must keep your Sky Exchange ID login credentials — including your password — strictly confidential and must not share them with any third party.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your Sky Exchange account, whether or not you authorised that activity.
- You must notify Sky Exchange support immediately if you believe your account or Sky Exchange ID has been compromised, accessed without authorisation, or if you have forgotten your password.
- Sky Exchange strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (OTP login) to maximise your account security.
- Sky Exchange will never ask for your full password via email, phone call, or chat message. Report any such request to support immediately.
4.2 Account Accuracy
- You must ensure all information registered with your Sky Exchange ID remains accurate and up to date at all times.
- Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a serious breach of these terms and may result in immediate account suspension.
- Sky Exchange reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify your identity, age, or the source of funds at any time.
4.3 One Account Policy
Each person may hold only one active Sky Exchange ID. Operating multiple accounts — whether in your own name, a family member's name, or otherwise — is a serious violation of these Terms. Sky Exchange uses advanced detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. All duplicate accounts will be suspended and any associated balances may be forfeited.
Deposits & Payments
Sky Exchange accepts deposits through a range of secure payment methods available to Indian users. All deposits must comply with the following terms:
- Minimum deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₹100 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit; however, large deposits may be subject to enhanced verification.
- Payment methods: Sky Exchange accepts UPI, IMPS, NEFT, Net Banking, PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm, and select cryptocurrency options. Accepted methods may change without notice.
- Your own funds: You may only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension.
- No deposit fees: Sky Exchange does not charge fees for deposits. However, your bank or payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
- Deposit timing: Most deposits are credited instantly. In rare cases, processing may take up to 24 hours due to payment provider delays. Contact support if your deposit has not appeared after 2 hours.
- Currency: All accounts are maintained in Indian Rupees (INR). Deposits in other currencies will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction.
- No credit/borrowed funds: You must not deposit funds sourced from credit cards, borrowed money, or any form of credit. Sky Exchange is not responsible for financial losses incurred by users who bet with borrowed money.

Withdrawals
Sky Exchange is committed to processing withdrawals quickly and transparently. The following terms govern all withdrawal requests made from your Sky Exchange account:
- Minimum withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ₹200 per request.
- Processing time: The majority of withdrawals are processed within 15–30 minutes of submission. Processing times may extend to up to 4 hours during periods of high demand or scheduled maintenance.
- Same-name policy: Withdrawals may only be processed to a bank account, UPI ID, or e-wallet registered in the same name as your Sky Exchange ID. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
- Withdrawal fees: Sky Exchange does not charge withdrawal fees. The full requested amount will be transferred to your designated account, subject to any applicable banking charges by your payment provider.
- KYC verification: Withdrawals above ₹50,000 (or cumulative withdrawals above ₹2,00,000 within a 30-day period) may require KYC verification.
- Pending bets: Withdrawals cannot be processed for funds that are currently staked in active or unsettled bets. Only settled funds in your available balance are eligible for withdrawal.
- Bonus funds: Bonus funds and free bet credits are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirements have been fully met. See Section 8 for bonus terms.
- Withdrawal limits: Sky Exchange reserves the right to impose daily, weekly, or monthly withdrawal limits as part of account management or responsible gambling measures.
Sky Exchange guarantees processing all verified withdrawal requests within 30 minutes during normal operating hours. If your withdrawal has not been processed within this time, contact our 24/7 support team immediately for priority resolution.
Betting Rules & Market Conduct
All bets placed on the Sky Exchange platform are subject to the following general betting rules. Sport-specific and market-specific rules are published within the relevant betting market section of the platform and form part of these Terms.
7.1 General Betting Rules
- All bets are final once confirmed. Sky Exchange does not accept cancellations of placed bets except in circumstances where Sky Exchange determines a void is appropriate under market rules.
- Sky Exchange reserves the right to void any bet placed at an obviously incorrect or erroneous price. Users will be notified and staked funds returned to their account balance.
- Minimum bet stakes and maximum pay-out limits apply to all markets and are displayed within each market. These limits may vary by sport, event, and market type.
- Bets are accepted and processed in real time. Sky Exchange is not responsible for bets delayed or lost due to technical failures at the user's end, including internet connectivity issues.
- In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a bet, Sky Exchange's decision is final and binding.
7.2 Market Settlement
- Markets are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., BCCI for cricket, FIFA for football).
- In-play (live) markets are settled based on the state of the event at the time the market is closed or the event concludes, per the applicable sport rules.
- If an event is abandoned or postponed beyond the period defined in the specific market rules, all bets will be voided and stakes returned.
- Sky Exchange aims to settle all markets within 30 minutes of the official result being confirmed.
7.3 Live / In-Play Betting
Live betting markets are available on selected events on Sky Exchange. Users acknowledge that in-play odds fluctuate rapidly and that by the time a bet is submitted and confirmed, the odds displayed may have changed. Sky Exchange will always clearly indicate when an in-play bet has been accepted at odds different from those initially displayed.
Bonuses & Promotions
Sky Exchange offers various bonuses and promotions to new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to these general terms plus any specific terms communicated at the time of the promotional offer.
- Welcome bonus: The 100% welcome bonus on first deposit is available to new Sky Exchange members only. Each member is entitled to claim the welcome bonus once. The bonus is applied to the first qualifying deposit of ₹100 or more, up to a maximum bonus of ₹10,000.
- Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum of 3x (three times) the bonus amount on sports markets with minimum odds of 1.50 before any withdrawal can be made.
- Expiry: All bonuses expire within 30 days of being credited to your account if wagering requirements are not met. Expired bonus funds are forfeited automatically.
- One bonus per account: Only one bonus of each type may be claimed per Sky Exchange ID. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account suspension.
- Sky Exchange's discretion: Sky Exchange reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or refuse any bonus at its sole discretion without prior notice, particularly where abuse is suspected.
- Bonus abuse: Any behaviour Sky Exchange deems to constitute bonus abuse will result in the forfeiture of bonuses and related winnings and may result in account termination.
Deposit ₹500 → Receive ₹500 bonus → Total balance ₹1,000. You must wager ₹1,500 (3x the bonus) on sports markets at odds of 1.50+ before withdrawing the bonus. Your original ₹500 deposit is always available for withdrawal at any time.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Sky Exchange platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may result in legal action:
- Underage gambling: Accessing or using Sky Exchange if you are under 18 years of age.
- Multiple accounts: Registering or operating more than one Sky Exchange ID or account.
- Match fixing / corruption: Attempting to fix, manipulate, or influence the outcome of any sporting event on which bets are offered on Sky Exchange.
- Money laundering: Using Sky Exchange to launder money or process the proceeds of crime in any form.
- Fraud: Any form of fraudulent conduct, including use of stolen payment methods, identity theft, or misrepresentation.
- Automated betting: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence, or any automated system to place bets on Sky Exchange without express written authorisation.
- Collusion: Cooperating with other users to gain an unfair advantage or to manipulate market prices on the betting exchange.
- Bonus abuse: Systematic exploitation of bonus terms through coordinated wagering strategies.
- Unauthorised access: Attempting to access, hack, or interfere with the Sky Exchange platform, databases, or any other user's account.
- Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent chargebacks with your bank or payment provider against legitimate Sky Exchange transactions.
Sky Exchange reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account engaged in prohibited activities. All funds in such accounts may be frozen or forfeited. Sky Exchange will cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies and sports governing bodies in any investigation.
Account Suspension & Termination
Sky Exchange reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Sky Exchange account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
- Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, including use of stolen payment methods
- Operating multiple accounts in violation of the One Account Policy
- Failure to complete KYC verification when requested
- Match fixing, collusion, or any integrity-related concern
- Bonus abuse or exploitation of promotional terms
- Chargebacks filed against legitimate Sky Exchange transactions
- Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months
- Request by the account holder for self-exclusion or account closure
- Compliance with a legal order, regulatory requirement, or government directive
Upon account termination, any verified real-money balance remaining in the account will be returned to the account holder via their registered payment method, after deduction of any outstanding amounts owed to Sky Exchange. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

Intellectual Property
All content on the Sky Exchange platform — including but not limited to the Sky Exchange name, logo, brand identity, website design, software, text, images, data feeds, and betting market structures — is the exclusive intellectual property of Sky Exchange or its licensed partners.
- You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any Sky Exchange intellectual property without prior written authorisation.
- You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Sky Exchange platform solely for personal, non-commercial betting purposes via your Sky Exchange ID.
- Any unauthorised use of Sky Exchange intellectual property may result in legal action and account termination.
- The Sky Exchange betting exchange software, odds calculation engine, and platform architecture are proprietary and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sky Exchange's total liability to any User in connection with their Sky Exchange account or use of the platform shall be limited to the amount of funds held in that User's Sky Exchange account at the time of the relevant claim.
Sky Exchange shall not be liable for:
- Any loss of profits, revenue, or winnings arising from the use of or inability to use the Sky Exchange platform
- Any indirect, consequential, or special damages of any kind
- Technical failures, platform outages, or internet connectivity issues that prevent access to your Sky Exchange account
- Delays in bet processing or market settlement due to circumstances beyond Sky Exchange's reasonable control
- Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Sky Exchange ID and login credentials
- Any decision made by you to gamble, or the gambling losses that result from such decisions
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit Sky Exchange's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with your Sky Exchange account or use of the platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which Sky Exchange holds its operating licence.
In the event of a dispute between you and Sky Exchange, we strongly encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. Most issues related to Sky Exchange accounts, bets, withdrawals, and bonuses can be resolved quickly through direct communication.
If an informal resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body.
